Can I leave my 6 year old with my sleeping 3 month old while I run to the store to grab milk?

It's right across the street but I live in a small complex and worried if someone will complain... what could happen?

Update:

Thanks...deciding to not even risk it

OMG I really hope you are trolling and this is not a serious question!!! Of course you cannot leave a child with an infant. Use common sense!! Anything could happen~ fire, baby choking, 6yo wander off, do you really need to be told these things? OMG please don't have anymore kids. I am scared for the ones you have now.

NO!  I raised three children and NEVER left them by themselves until they began middle school.  If I had to run to the store.........ALL three went with me.

No.  This could be an unmitigated disaster,  It only takes on thing to go wrong.

There are so many things that could go wrong.  Take them with you.

A toddler that age should NOT watch a toddler that young by itself.

It only takes a second. Anything could happen. Totally not worth the risk.

Nothing, tell the people who phone CPS to stuff it.

No. First off, in most states it is illegal. All it would take is a call to Child Protective Services and you could end up losing your kids. Second, your six year old may be more jealous of the 3 month old than you think and the baby could have an accident. Third, the 6 year old is old enough to start a fire, burn himself on the stove, etc. You can not leave either one alone.

Nope. All it takes to change your entire life is a moment. And that moment doesn't necessarily have to involve you to affect you.
