The heat of vaporization of the compound is 27.49 kJ/mol. Calculate the heat required to convert 50.0 g of the compound from the liquid at 5.0 °C to the gas at 80.0 °C in kilojoules (kJ).

    Basically, you will do 3 separate calculations:

    1. calculate heat required to raise the temperature of the liquid from 5 °C to its boiling point at 47.6°C.

    2. Calculate the heat required to vaporize the sample at its boiling point.

    3. Calculate the heat required to raise the temperature of the vapor from its boiling point to 80.0 °C.
