Too logical. Death and it's traditions are taken too seriously. Additionally, funerals and services are a BIG business.

when we look at a world map, there is an outline of fecal-material around the shoreline of every continent. why; because we dump half-treated sewerage into the ocean. the currents coat every coastline with free-floating feces.

the answer is to dump human-body ashes into the oceans. maybe, this will reduce the bacteria and acidification. after all, they are dry calcium phosphates together with some other minerals, including potassium and sodium.

The bacteria and other pathogens that can infect living humans, thrive on a corpse now that its immune system has stopped functioning. Dead bodies have to be disposed of carefully to avoid contaminating our food or water supply with those pathogens.

There are many places where they do.

They're properly buried, deep enough down, in a woodland area.

Why compost? There's plenty of things on a human that can be recycled; organs, blood, fluids

This is before you get to the soylent green possiblity - Lot of hungry people out there!

Pathogens can still carry over. You should only compost plant material.
