    with good wishes

    Eleanor Roosevelt

    The bottom one says:

    To Bomul

    It was a Pleasure

    Best Regards,

[I'm not entirely sure about the names on either of the lines beginning with "To".]

    To G. H. Arnold

    With good wishes.

    Thom Rorschach?

    Timm Rosenbach?

(The above is on the title page of India and Awakening the East by Eleanor Roosevelt, so the inscription isn't any kind of autograph by the author, because that's cleary not Eleanor Roosevelt's signature.  Instead, it appears to be a note that that person who signed their name illegibly (Thom?) jotted down when giving the book as a gift to someone named G. H. Arnold, whoever that is.)

    To Bonnie

    Always a plesaure

    Best Regards
