How should I go healthy?

    Sexercise..good eating habits and many multiple orgasms.......

    Eat more colorful fruits and veggies

    Eat less processed foods and packaged foods

    Limit pastries, candies, and sweets

    Watch out for saturated fat and salt

    Choose whole grain over white

    Full fat dairy is fine (it's actually better than skim) or you can seek plant dairy alternatives (almond milk or coconut yoghurt for example)

    Drink a lot of water - stay hydrated

    Watch your caffeine intake, don't overdo it

    Start moving more, walk and take the stairs when possible, and break a sweat!

    Sleep 8 hours each night.

    You'll feel so good :)

    Changing diet is the best way to go, but also basic cardio & exercises like yoga help. You can't be healthy while eating unhealthy food. I recommend a plant based diet. :)
