Is it possible to lose 11 pounds in a month?
- JavaJoeLv 71 month ago
Sure it's possible but part of that depends on how much you weigh now and how much you're looking to take off.
For example if you're 400 pounds you could easily lose 11 pounds in a month but it wouldn't show and you'd barely feel it. But if you're 110 pounds then losing 11 pounds in a month is going to be really hard to do safely.
Now for something you might not like. But 11 pounds is not worth it. If that's all you need to lose then don't bother because it's not really going to affect anything. You can diet all you want for a month to lose weight but it's probably going to come back to you with extra later on. Your best bet is to be healthy. This means eating properly, eating enough calories for your body to do what it's supposed to do, and exercise properly.

Yes, it is possible, particularly if the individual is significantly overweight. The closer a person is to a healthy weight/body composition, the harder it is to lose a lot of weight quickly.
A healthy and sustainable FAT loss, is 1-2 pounds per week. Most people who are overeaters will lose at least a couple of pounds of retained water and waste when they start a restricted calorie eating plan. To lose 3 pounds of fat per week for four weeks (12 pounds), would be very difficult for most people.
A pound of fat is equivalent to 3,500 calories. Since most people need fewer that 2,000 calories a day, it is nearly impossible to create a calorie deficit of 1,500 calories a day. Eating only 500 (or fewer) calories a day does not provide enough nutrient or energy for most people.
For people who, for example, have been eating 4,000 calories per day, creating that deficit would be more realistic. That is why morbidly obese individuals are able to lose significant weight.

Possible? yes. Healthy? nope not at all and you'll most likely gain it back bc that's not sustainable weight loss.

Its possible, but a lot of it would be water and glycogen that would be quickly restored when you resumed normal eating.

Yes, it is possible.

Maybe, but you'll have to eat lettuce leaves and drink nothing but water. Take a good multivitamin pill too.

It's possible, depending on your current weight.
