Why is Lying TO congress a crime when Lying FROM congress is expressley permitted/?

    If you're not sworn to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth then you can say whatever you want. 1st amendment and all.

    You're still butt-hurt over Schiffs interpretation of Trump's summary of his phone call.

    🥴 It's protocol to turn over documents Congress asks for. That's what it means to have 3 equal branches of power in the government.
