Not without a scholarship that entails that kind of treatment. My school didn’t have that kind of special treatment for international student who were staying in the boarding house

No, none at all. Not even for citizens, and certainly not for foreign students. Furthermore, where there is "tuition-free" university education, it is often restricted to citizens (since they pay the taxes which provide this), and all students, especially foreign students, still have extensive costs to pay.

Study abroad is not just a privilege, but a luxury, and you pay for your luxuries.

Depends on what you mean by 'international'.  No tuition fees in Scotland for EU member country students.  Malta only charges them 600 Euros a year.

Scotland does, however, charge English students which makes the Scots roll around on the floor laughing as we are the ones who pay for their universities.

Democrats are working on it. They want Americans to pay for immigrants to have a great life. Meanwhile the average non gay American will be responsible for their own tuition.

There are no free universities for international students. Any university may offer scholarships to truly outstanding people.
