Are Jews collectively responsible for the crucifixion of Jesus? ?
- BMCRLv 71 month ago
No, that is absurd and it is even more absurd considering it happened 2000 years ago.

No, they are not, silly.
Children are not punished for the sins of their parents, but of course what we do affects other people around us.
Most Jews thought Jesus Christ was a prophet and bore him no ill will.

All of us are collectively responsible for the crucifixion of Jesus Christ because He came to DIE FOR ALL MANKIND. The Devil possessed Judas Iscariot (Luke 22:3) who then betrayed Jesus Christ to the authorities but if we had not all been sinner, Jesus would not have had to die for us, so we are ALL responsible.
However, Jesus Christ actually laid down His own life and took it up again, (John 10: 17 & 18) because He is God and well able to do such a thing - something we are incapable of.

Only in the sense that all human beings are. Jews have no special responsibility for it and in any case we are all individually responsible for things. You can't really inherit responsibility.

Oh so you buy the idea that the Jews and Romans were buddies and the Romans were all about helping the Jewish people with seditionist who supposedly blasphemed their God of a talking bush . While the same Jewish people told the Romans
togofuck Caesar .
Seems rational NOT .

That event was part of the "eternal purpose" of Eph. 3:10-11. Isaiah 53 and 1 Cor 15:1-4 demonstrate how it all came about.

Jesus was a Jew who followed and upheld all Jewish laws and ideals and hated Nordics like every other Jew so if your going to be antisemetic you might as well learn the truth about why Antisemitism is good.

No, Romans had total authority.
