I'm 5'3, 195 lbs. Could I lose 60 lbs in a 100 days with a 900-1000 calorie diet, moderate exercise 5 days a week, and  yoga once a week?

    only time will tell.  it's good you want to lose weight.  being healthy should be on everyone's goal.  but, some people need a year or more to see relevant change.  

    even if you aim to lose a pound or two a week, which is considered healthy, that's 52 pounds for the year.  

    counting calories is important.  but it's nothing if you're still eating chocolate and donuts all day.  you still need HEALTHY nutrition.  there are a ton of articles of what you should eat and not eat.  and proper nutrition.  if you have a smart phone, get a calorie counter app.  there are many free ones.  find one that breaks down nutrient.  study up.

    if it's been more than a year, see a doctor and get a physical.  express your weight loss goals.  you will get simple blood work done to tell the whole story besides just what the scale says.  then go over what you should eat, and exercise plans.  

    eating healthy and exercising is a lifestyle.  not some 100 day fad that you do and forget about afterwards.  start small, take baby steps, then gradually increase.  count what you usually eat in a day, then take 500 calories off of that.  increase it be each couple weeks or month.  drink a lot of water.

    Calorie deficit diets don't work very well. It's scientifically proven. Low carb/high natural fat diets work the best, and they are healthy. Ketogenic diet - best diet ever.

      A keto diet thins the bones, results in cardio-vascular disease and greatly increases the risk of cancer, particularly bowel cancer.
