What do you do to release daily frustrations and stress?
I like to go jogging and punching a boxing bag at the gym.

I live next to a park with lots of nature trails I go there and feed the squirrels and Blue Jays peanuts

Monday - Friday I run 3.5 miles in the morning. After that I meditate for 15 minutes....I have no stress or frustrations. I've been doing this for over 13 years.
