If everything in Universe has spinning motion what is the cause of the Spin?

It doesn't need a cause UNLESS the entire universe came from a big bang singularity point AND the total angular momentum of the universe sums to something other than zero. It will retain any spinning motion that it had when it was created. ( angular momentum is conserved) If that WAS zero then it should remain ( in total) zero. If angular momentum is violated THEN we would need a cause. OK?

Conservation of angular momentum. You can imagine that as gravity drew matter together, some matter was passing along near a large enough clump that it was drawn into an orbit and the momentum was converted to angular momentum. Some of that angular momentum can couple back to the central mass causing it to start to spin.
