Is this sentence correct:

"She has difficulty walking.

She most struglles walking up hills, but feels quite comfortable walking down."

    She has difficulty walking. She struggles walking up hills, but feels quite comfortable walking down.

    It could be "mostly struggles", but the word "mostly" is not adding to the communication.

    We try to compress communication-

    She has difficulty walking up hills, but feels comfortable walking down.

    Mostly, not most; struggles, not struglies.
