How do you manage to make simple decisions like "should I breathe?"

Why would you want to? That would be way too hot. But can you? Sure!

Looks a bit weird if you are working out in a gym and too cumbersome while exercising.Besides the logo/printing is too obvious even a distraction for serious workout.

You can wear whatever you want while exercising (aside from any dress codes). Wearing a sweatshirt will make you hot and sweaty when you work out. Curious that it's called a "sweatshirt".

Ideally you should let your skin breathe, and let the sweat evaporate and not soak into your clothes. Therefore you should expose as much skin as possible.

Appropriate to wear: tank tops, halter tops, and short length athletic shorts; short ankle length athletic socks, and good quality running shoes of course. An absorbent headband on the forehead can help keeping sweat out of your eyes.

Don't dress for fashion; dress for the situation. Don't mind naysayers or Haters; do what's right for you, and don't feed The Trolls by attempting to defend your clothing options.

Looking stylish is for job interviews or dance clubs; weddings, funerals, and criminal or litigation court appearances. Dress for function and not style. Trying to impress at the gymn may make you look foolish, and will probably make your workout a miserable experience.

You could, but if you're working reasonably hard, you're going to be way overheated in a sweatshirt.
