Risk of cancer? ?

I had 2 abdominal ct scans within 1 month... one with contrast and the other without...did I expose my self to too much radiation?...what are the chances of getting cancer?

    You have zero chance of developing cancer from 2 abdominal CT scans within one month. 

    The level of radiation emitted by a CT scan is VERY, VERY low. You encounter more radiation every day, just watching TV or walking down the street, than you ever do from a CT scan.

    You are insane!!! it's already done!! cancer in 50 years is possible due to smog, chemicals, lead in water and 100 other things!

    I've had sixty radiation treatments for cancer. No problems since.

    Slim. Today's equipment sends a small amount of energy directed very well to the area they want to look at. Even with the very small risks, the information obtained outweighs the risks. It is really nothing to worry about. As your doctor
