    Your browser will have a way to do this.  Whatever you use as a browser, (like Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, etc.), do a search for "Erase Cookies browsername" where you put in the name of the browser where I put in "browsername".  That will give you instructions.  And it doesn't matter what brand of computer you use.  It is the browser, not the computer, that manages cookies.

    • In all computers,  Cookie's  can be deleted my manually or by using CCleaner software

    Any Computer running windows can run CCleaner that will do this and much more.

    Cookies can be on any computer that runs a web browser.  Run the IE or Edge or Google or Firefox  browser and clean them out there.

    this is done with software. I do not know id Acer supplies that or not. If not, try cnet.com's downloads section and look for freeware

    Use Disk Cleanup. 

    Windows 10 - Use Cortana to find disk cleanup

    Windows 7 - All Programs - Accessories - system Tools. 

    You can use Disk cleanup to delete JUST the Cookies.
