Why do some Facebook groups like to approve posts that are submitted?

So they can Control whats being Written on the Posts so if they see any Bad Posts they can have It Denied Before it gets to the Group

Some groups know, or have learned from experience, that they have many members who will attempt to post content which is in breach of FB policies.
If those people succeed in doing so and attract too many FB violation reports then FB can solve the problem by closing that FB group and deleting all of its posts from FB.
So the owners of those FB groups often choose to appoint group administrators and charge them with the obligation to check and moderate all posts before they get posted to the group. That allows them to intercept and delete all posts which may be in violation or to ask the original posters to edit their offending posts to comply with FB policies.
To reduce their workload, many such groups moderate ALL posts from ALL members after they join the group, but may choose to relax that rule for those members who have consistently proven that they never attempt to make posts in violation of FB policy. Some determined people game the system to achieve that trusted status in order to wait until they can make offensive posts, so when that happens the group moderators can choose to either reinstate full moderation or to delete those people from the FB group.

Because SOME clowns join groups and start, almost immediately, with spamming/advertising/abusing other members, etc.
