Lately, I've been working night shift until 10 pm. Because of this, my sleep is kind of messed up..what are ways I can sleep better?

So I work retail and I'm doing night shifts this weekend. I'm only sleeping 4-5 hours instead of 7 like I usually get and I wake up every hour or two. How can I sleep better until the shifts are done?

Quick update: I'm doing these shifts 4 nights in a row so I'm concerned about getting more and more tired each day

    After the shifts are done. If you are tired than you easily sleep. If you are not tired than do push up.
