    While they aren't very good at splitting atoms and make a terrible aperitif they do in fact separate toes (as long as they are not webbed toes).

    They'll help for a bit, I've used them...but the overall issue (bunions, something else) will still come up eventually.

    Toe separators can help depending on how bad the bunion is. I have a bunion on my right foot that is very bad to the point separators do not make much difference. To compensate for it I need very wide shoes and orthotics. The only recourse would be surgery but I don't want to do that unless it gets so bad I have trouble walking or wearing my shoes. Toe separators can help mild cases definitely.

    They don't solve any problems, they delay progress of a bunion but they don't fix it.
