Ten years ago Emily's age was 4 times bigger than her sister's.

If the age of her sister is 13 today,

Emily will be 27 years old, five years from now.

if her sister is now 13, then ten years ago her sister was 3, emilys age ten years ago was 4 times 3, or 12. emily is now 22 and in 5 years will be 27.

Emilys current age = x, Sister current age = y.

x-10 = 4(y-10)

x-10 = 4((13)-10)

x = 4((13)-10) + 10

= 22

Age in 5 years = 27.

You are correct.
