If an electron has energy wouldn't it also Have mass since Energy = mC^2?

Electrons DO have mass. There is another formula for energy, E = hv, h = Planck constant, which is "constant", and v = frequency..Electrons DO have mass.

yes, such mass will be know as it’s transient mass which it possesses due to its speed of motion.

That doesn't necessarily follow. Photons have energy, but conventional wisdom says they are rest massless. For one thing, they travel at the speed of light (duh) and nothing with any rest mass can travel that fast.
But to be clear, we all know that electrons have mass. Their rest-mass equivalents in mega EV is .511 MEV.
