My blood pressure is 91 over 39 with a pulse of 65. What does that indicate?

100/60 is low enough but even that can vary. 65 pulse is good. The range on that is 60 too 100 beats a minute. 72 is perfect. It can go up and down when you sleep at night or exercise

It indicates that you are either about to die or that your battery operated wrist cuff is a piece of crap.  I think it's probably choice B.

The second number seems very low.

Using a cuff or one of those electric BP testers? I do not trust the electric at all.

    BPM Is really good

    BP is low.

    But

I am not a Dr. If you have no symptoms: dizziness when standing, low stamina, blurry vsion then you are probably fine.

You can not make any judgement on one reading. You need to take it a couple times a day and find your normal.
