Should WomanChild be a new word in the dictionary?
I have seen countless grown women on YouTube who act like children. Should WomanChild be made a new word in the dictionary?

Popular usage over time is what determines whether a new word is introduced to the dictionary. The general standard is that it must be commonly spoken and written, appear in a variety of published books and/or established periodicals, and endure for a period of at least 10 years.

woman-child equivalent of man-child already exists.

Why add new words when we don't make proper use of the ones we have? The rapid addition of new words may be one reason it is so difficult to learn English and to be able to communicate effectively. For a woman who acts like a child, there are already many alternatives. Perhaps the best one is immature.

Manchild is already a word. It describes all the men who want to behave like kids, take no responsibility for their children, goof off instead of supporting their families, take no responsibility for their homes, and act like their mommies are still taking care of them and picking up after them.
