What's the simplest meal u could eat every day and still be healthy?

    You have to vary your meals too much one thing is nothing even if a good thing

    Probably nothing. That would fit that bill. Because you would be leaving out certain nutrients if you had the same thing every day. Unless you were taking a lot of supplements maybe and doing organic vegetable juices or whatever. In other words I don’t know how to answer this question

    A stir fry with your favorite vegetables, tofu and a sprinkling of nuts. Delicious! Add spices and some extra virgin olive oil. With leftovers, scramble up some eggs, cook them and add to the fry! Wash down with a cool glass of H2O! Yummy! I’m going to make some now!

    egg and spinach omelette. You could also add some chicken to it to make it more filling.

      Spinach is very high in oxylates.  If you eat it every day, you would get painful kidney stones.

    There isn't 1 single meal that's going to incorporate all the nutrients your body needs. What is healthy and what you can survive on, are 2 different things.

    Bread and cheese ("no cooking required").  By why would you even WANT to "eat the same thing every day"?

      Bread and cheese every day, and nothing else, would not be healthy.

    I wouldn't think to eat the same meal every meal and every day would be healthy. Our body needs a variety of nutritions which comes from all kinds of different foods.

    There are lots of simple meals that one can eat but variety is also good.  A very simple meal that I often have is almonds and dried cranberries.  You could simplify that even further and just eat almonds.  An egg, just by itself, has an astounding amount of nutrition.  But of course variety is good.  Currently I'm having brown rice and green tea.  Simple and healthy.  Eating whole foods is a good idea instead of processed packaged crap that comes in brightly coloured packages.
