My left arm starts going numb when I m sitting at my desk. Can feel a bit of a tweak in my neck. Who is best to see for this?

See your GP first. He can do X-rays of your neck, then send you to the appropriate specialist.

If your left arm begins going numb & you feel a bit of tweak in your neck when you're sitting at your desk, it's usually because you're sitting in an awkward position or slumped over. Start sitting with your back straight, and you won't need to see a doctor.

Start w your general doctor and let him guide you. This forum is not designed to provide sound medical advice and it does not do so.

Try putting your right ear on your right shoulder. You may get some relief.

A chiropractor would be where I would start.
