Ancestral DNA test for different genetic markers found in various human populations. Each site maintains their own database, and your results are subject to the company's database. Test with a different company and you may end up with a different result. DNA testing is meant to be a TOOL and not a substitute for proper genealogical research.

They cannot be. There are no genetics for nationality or ethnicity. Also, passing on chromosomes is a lottery. You don't have equal amounts of DNA from all your grandparents.

All those tests do is find people with a chromosome that looks like one of yours, in that company's database.

If they find that a lot of those people (your third, fourth and fifth cousins once twice and thrice removed) all live in Albania, they will say that you are 2 % (could be more , or less, depending on the size of the chromosome) Albanian

They are sold to entertain you and if you has 10 tests, you would get 10 different results........
