Food Lion didn't have any Stouffers meat loaf in stock. Can I sue?

My Tuesday night tradition is to put a prepared meat loaf in the oven so I don't have to cook.

How much can I get in punitive damages for emotional distress?

No. You don't get anything out of this frivolous lawsuit you're about to file. The judge will promptly throw it out.

You couldn't file a lawsuit if you were walked into the court clerks office and given step by step instructions on how to do so.

Unfortunately mental health is one of the requirements for emotional distress.  Your mental health disqualifies you.

Punitive damages and emotional distress are two different things.

The FedEx man, postal carrier and UPS carrier bought all of the "prepared meat loaf" from Food Lion.

UnfortunateIy you can't sue without spending more on IegaI expenses than you wouId receive. That's how they get you... they know the IegaI expenses wouIdn't be worth it.
