I'm an atheist and not clever at all. In fact I'm rather dim

Not one atheist I know has ever painted themselves into a corner.

Sure, people can escape atheism. Brain damage, a tumor, a lobotomy...

Why would we want to. No one has ever refuted it yet. And we got nothing to prove

Provide proof or compelling evidence of a god and we'll "escape" atheism.

What corner you mean...that we are not capable of changing religion or denominations like some theist can... with their "true" religions, I just honestly do not believe in any of the thousand invisible entities made by theist if they call those invisible supernatural entities gods is not my problem

We have all the time in the world to let the paint dry and walk out, knowing that no gods will be stuck to our boots.

Atheism isn't something anyone needs to escape.

There is no corner, & we have no need of an escape.

Think different? Produce this fancy god of yours.

I don't find myself clever but many people that know me do. Why escape freedom?

You are correct, if only there was objectively verifiable evidence of any sort of god, but since there isn't, I can't leave atheism and I'm good with that.
