Can the judge for the Stone sentencing say "Trump bites the big one, 20 years to life"?

    He deserves the 7-9 year range as recommended and studied by the four prosecutors who have quit, and she will respect their analysis as documented in a 26 page report over the whims of Trump and 

    Barr. If she doesn't, we no longer have equal protection under the law. You get a lighter sentence depending upon who your friends are,,we cannot have that.

    Sure, if he wants his sentencing to be overturned by the Court of Appeals. 

    "Without passion or prejudice" is just what it means, WITHOUT passion or prejudice.  Let the judge show his bias against Trump when he's sentencing Stone, and that is exactly what will happen.

    Sure, if she's a piece of shiit that refuses to consider that the jury was tainted.

      He can't necessarily consider that the jury was tainted.  But Stone can file an appeal and ask for a new trial, and he will most likely get it.  Multitudes of convictions have been overturned for this very reason, and lots of them for less.
