GREED.    There are hugh profits in Pharmacy drugs, hospitals, hospital administrators.  Every level and part of healthcare under the 'American healthcare system' generates bilions and trillions of profits.  Healthcare insurance is even more corrupt.  It is almost 100% profit.  Charge large premiums and fight against paying out any claims.  ===  All that money creates greed, and everyone involved at the top where they get to keep most of the  profits will lie cheat and steal to keep their high profits/.

because liberals refuse to allows it in the US

not the answer you thought you were gonna get, right ?

But the Congress has tried it twice before in 1973 and again in 1993

both times liberals refused to allow the bills out of committee to be debated or voted on

Because people are brainwashed into thinking it’s communism or that the US will turn into Venezuela if we get it.

because our founding principles frown on things like mandatory national languages, elimination of birthright citizenship, highly restrictive and rigidly enforced immigration standards,  state controls on university admissions, employment, salaries and job mobility...

you know.... all those things that every UHC country has ..... and has them specifically to allow the state to limit who gets to enjoy all those "lovely benefits"....

Because we love our FANTASTIC healthcare we receive. Compared to other countries you are more likely to survive a serious injury or illness in the United States than anywhere else in the world. And as a man who has been shot, burned, stabbed, got in a serious car accident, been in a serious accident with a fire truck and one that generally needs excellent healthcare. I appreciate the system we have in place.

Because we are the only country that is run by corporations and not by the people. The people want universal health care, but the insurance company lobbyists want their money, instead, and we are the only company that lets a few oligarchs run the whole country.
