Water weight management ?

I am drinking in a cycle a tapered off amount. Just for additional benefit to reach a goal thinking of adding water cutting pill only once a week. Just curious when it will have better timing for use. I start my week with 2 gals of water working down to just sipping water. Every day cutting back by 1/2 gal until I am sipping. Which end will have a better results for using the pill. And I understand the risks.
