You DON'T repair it.
A TV repair shop might be able to make it work,
but such TVs are now terribly out of date
and parts for them are becoming scarce.
It is time to seriously consider buying a new TV.
Brands worth your money are Sony, Samsung, Toshiba, Hitachi, and LG.
(Panasonic was the best until the company stopped offering TVs.)
Any other is at best a crapshoot.

Replace the blue beam display bulb and also check the blue beam driver circuit to see any defective before replacing.

there are no user serviceable parts inside this device. messing around inside could expose you to deadly high voltages. this is a job for a service technician, but honestly, the cost of repair will easily exceed the cost of replacing with a modern projector of better quality.

If the blue projector is not working, you may be able to find a replacement part on Ebay or some other aftermarket source. But otherwise the TV is not repairable since parts are no longer made for the TV. Basically in other words, it's time to join the flat screen world now.
