Can you rephrase that "all" genders not between the genders. You make it sound like its actually possible to have more then two genders. The wage gap is the overall average. Women prefer work life balance. Choose less paying jobs choose less working hours. Wage gap is purerly life style choice. Women up untill their 30s actually out earn men but no one cares for that. Salary on the other hand women are not as conpetitive and more agreeable therefore far less likely to ask for a raise or higher salary unlike men. Youll never get if you never try.

Speaking from a totally non biased point of view, id say that the average Apache helicopter earns on average 390% more than the average male. My friend, an asexual lamp, believes that the wage gap is non-existent, but he's not very "bright".

Wage gap studies look at only two genders. If you want to look at all 59 genders or 89 genders or whatever the clown car people are saying it is now you will need to do your own study.

Keep in mind before you do this that the clown car people are always expanding how many genders exist, so by the time you finish your study chances are it will be outdated.

"What is the wage gap between all the genders?"

Great answer by Common Sense.  I would only like to add that if we did measure differences in earnings between gender identities rather than sex, then the whole idea of discrimination would probably be thrown out the window.  Here's why.

It's illegal to discriminate on the basis of sex.  The Equal Pay Act of 1963 specified that the pay for any given job, is to be the same regardless of one's sex.  This means we all have pay equality as individuals.

Since we all have individual pay equality, then any study by any type of group that one would perform would tell us more about that group's dynamics and choices that it would about any "discrimination", which is illegal.

We would more than likely see a lot of group choice differences.  For example, those that tend to identify as "two-spirit" might gravitate towards part time work in the humanities.  We might also see that those that identify as women tend to avoid manual labour and tech based jobs.  ...and so on.

And since this is all regardless of sex, then the standard feminist arguments of sexism and discrimination rather than freely made choices would no longer apply.  This might actually end the gender pay gap fallacy as promoted by feminists for the last several decades.

That depends. It is said that figures don't lie but liars figure. In this instance, if you compare all wage-earning men to all wage-earning women, there is a larger gap than if you use matched pairs, comparing men and women of similar education and experience. An old statistician's joke is, "Tell me what result you want and I'll design an experiment to prove it."

The gender pay gap is due mostly to women's free choices.  It is illegal to pay different wages for different sexes.  And there is no way that 23% of the entire economy is operating illegally. (based on a 77% wage gap)

Given new definitions of gender, what the Department of Labor calls a gender wage gap, should really be called a sex wage gap, because it measures the difference between what wage earners of the male sex vs. female sex actually earn.

To the best of my knowledge the DOL does not compute earning differences by gender identification.  Employee information includes an employee's sex, but not all the various modern gender identities one may have.

The gender (sex) wage gap has been shown to be caused primarily by different work choices men and women make.  For example, men work more hours, men tend to have longer careers, are less likely to drop out of the work force, are more willing to do dangerous work in return for higher pay, etc.  In the U.S. it has been illegal to pay women less for equal work for over 50 years now.  The pay gap does NOT compare equal work, something feminists often misrepresent.
