Cramps and pregnancy ?

What about them?  It's normal to have period-like cramps in early pregnancy, then muscle cramping as the uterus puts pressure on the surrounding organs and muscles.  If you suspect your cramping is problematic, call your doctor.

Later in the pregnancy, yes.  Especially when you deliver.  Cramps are not a sign of pregnancy but they are a sign of your period.

Cramps are not a SIGN of pregnancy, but they are common with pregnancy.  Cramping is caused by hormone changes.  Early pregnancy certainly has a lot of those.
