Is death in real life the same as movies or different ?

Almost always it's nothing like how it's shown in movies.

Occasionally, they show realistic amounts of Spurting blood, not just an obvious squib pack. And, eyes open and staring.
Real death is like a gust of wind blows a candle out. You are alive, then Dead. Incredible. Usually eyes are fixed and half open, mouth, too. Many Fart. A dead or even unconscious person goes so limp, fails over a chair's arm, like a sack of potatoes. No actor has duplicated this, believably.
I have seen movies where you can still See the actor Breathing..

The medical accuracy of movies varies wildly and many of the times they get it right are probably accidental though they definitely sometimes do their research. Some genres show unrealistic amounts of blood where others barely show any. Your intuition on what happens when someone gets shot somewhere is not always accurate to what would medically happen when shot in a specific organ. Sometimes they shouldn't be conscious and others they drop instantly when they shouldn't.
So, the answer is generally no but it's often not laughable either.

In real life, people don't scream like a moron when they die

Quite often it's worse in real life. More painful or cruel.
