Is it possible to condition dizziness?
I've been doing MMA for some time now and just started doing work on spinning kicks. It may be because I am new to it but is there a way to decrease or even completely eliminate the amount of dizziness I get after a quick spin kick, and I put emphasis on the word quick. The only thing I could think of was to keep doing the spin kicks and it would possibly go away or be reduced in a conditioning type of way, thoughts?

Yes, you can condition yourself to be able to compensate and perform through dizziness, just like ice skaters do. It takes practice. You just have to keep doing those kicks until you reach a point that you are able to recover and perform despite the dizziness.
