You could lose about 24-26 pounds in 3 months... It really depends on what you mean by a beach body. Last time I was to the beach, there were many different body shapes.

Ditch sugars immediately. That'll take you down to naturally thin in probably2mo, then LOTS of exercise will give you good muscle tone AND hasten the fat loss.
Exercise has nothing to do with significant fat loss, but it does in a minor way, enough to get better definition.

Doing something like that takes a lot of time and devotion, if you are willing to put in the effort be prepared to give some stuff up, or you can be happy with your self Andy enjoy being you. You are good enough. But also stay healthy.

Start swimming and laughing and hanging outside as much as possible. Reach. Jump. Ride a bike. Laugh. Have fun. A "beach body" is EVERY KIND OF BODY! The primary requirement is that you can get it up and down from the chair/blanket and in and out of the water. There is EVERY kind of body having fun at the beach.

It depends on your height and muscle mass. You might need to lose as much as 50 pounds to be fit and trim.
