Not all of us.
We do all believe that God performed the first marriage on Earth, and that his authority to officiate marriages exists in the world today. Human beings eventually passed laws controlling and regulating marriage, but that does not take away God's role.

The entire Bible is not the Word of God. THE WHEAT AND THE TARES ARE THERE TOGETHER; Only a true SERVANT(PROPHET) can distinguish the difference. However, God's Word is more prevalent in the Bible than any other scripture.

The Bible of itself is not foundation for anything, as shown by the thousands of conflicting Protestant denominations, each claiming to follow the Bible, yet the teaching of each one contradicting the teaching of the others. The Church Jesus Christ founded, to which He promised the fullness of truth until the end of time, is the foundation for all true Christian teaching, including marriage.
