Finding the right dilation to fit a shape?

So, there is a screen in which it's size is (1, 1). There is a frame inside the screen which measures (0.8, 0.8) the size of the screen it is inside. Then inside that frame is a box that needs to be the same length as the screen, where setting the size to (1, 1) will make it the size of the frame. So what does the scaling need to be for it to be the size of the screen? Someone please tell me the answer and explain it for me. Thx in advance.

    scaling factor = 1/0.8 = 5/4 or 1.25
