    c = .6745

    -c to c encloses the central 50%

    Z being a standard normal RV.

    P(−c ≤ Z ≤ c) = .5

    by symmetry ---> P(Z ≤ c) = .75

    use a calculator

    c = invNormal (.75) = .6745
