Dieting ALWAYS fails. Exercise has almost nothing to do with significant fat loss.
What changed me to permanently thin was this book:Source(s): "Fat Chance..." by Dr. Robert Lustig M.D I did it primarily to not get diabetes II or most heart disease. Getting thin was a hell of a bonus!

Juicing fresh vegetables or fruit each morning before eating anything else.
Keeping it simple and clean reduce salt and sugar intake including highly processed pretend food.
