I don't eat dairy anymore but stomach still hurts?

I was diagnosed as lactose-intolerant, and since then I have not eaten dairy, but my stomach still hurts, usually the most after I finish a bowel movement. I am going to a professional soon, but curious to hear your thoughts on what it could be. Gallbladder is normal.

You maybe suffering from overproduction of stomach acid.  If that is the case then your doctor will put you on PPI or proton pump inhibitor which is a pill that decreases stomach acid.
