Alcohol hand sanitizer in kitchen, any risk?
I am in Asia and because of the recent spread of flu virus here, different kinds of alcohol hand sanitizers i.e. gel or rub are largely abused. I saw somebody in the kitchen used it and then touched the food with bare hand. Is it very risky? I know that there are different kinds of alcohol poisoning that could be very severe. I also know that a small dose could be fatal. What do you think??
