5 years of heavy use might mean you need a new one.

Try some other models, but what you choose depends on what you use the equipment for and features you like, and budget.

I have a Razer Cynosa Chroma.  It seems to work well.

I have boards from IBM, Microsnot, Rottay, Logitech, Motospeed, X-Falcon, Zalman, EditorKeys, Redragon, Tecware, Raydem, Ombar, Saitek, Dell, GE, Gyration, Apple, and a few no-names.  Various uses with different computer systems for personal preferences.

sometimes there is debris under the keycaps, they can normally be prized off with a thin blade and then clean with a vacuum and/or a damp cloth.

If no better then the key-switch is normally worn, they can sometimes be replaced but does require some soldering skills

I would google black widow key-switch to see if there is any availability
