Humans evolved to become Homo sapiens will they evolve again to be come something else? Will humans keep evolving ?

Modern humans last diverged from other human species will this happen again? Is this a good or bad thing? Will this create a species conflict

Yes, we have evolved. It's called, "Homo-sexuals. Still a ways to go. Another 100 years...perhaps.

Homo sapiens are subject to Genetic Entropy so we are evolving towards extinction. Each generation accumulates about 100 extra mutations, much more than can be removed by natural selection, leading to the famous question, "Why aren't we dead 100 times over?". Since evolution can't maintain the genome we have, how did we get here in the first place?

stevenscottoddballz, there were and still are cavemen; i.e. people who live in caves. The Bible tells us that Samson lived in a cave.

The question is how much advanced technology and societies have interfered with natural selection and evolution.

Biological evolution is old and done.  It's last big push on genetical error reduction was made when it discovered sexual dimorphism.  Humans are the small end with the fun nifty bits.  It's the nifty bits that make humans what we are.  But you can surgically implant some of those nifty bits into animals and it makes the animals smarter.  If you surgically implant human glial cells into gorillas than they can be taught to understand your language in sign language better than most people you know.

Just as technology brings the animals up to human levels, its the technology that will lift humans higher.  So starts the beginning of the future with designer genetics, augmented reality, cybernetics, and artificial agency.  BUhahahahaha!

They've done it to mice, not gorillas. It made them smarter mice but still mice.

There is NO such thing as "evolution". This is a Man-made lie to cover the fact that God made everything. Nothing has evolved ~ EVER.

    i doubt it.

Many have said that evolution stopped with modern medicine.

No we have not ever evolved. Macroevolution does not exist. The only evolution that exists is microevolution which is small variations in genetic realm, not amoeba to man evolution.

Agree Katia. Many biologists recognise that the mechanisms of micro will not add up to macro.

Oh yes.  Because it goes so slowly, we have evolved from the generation before us. If a teenager from 1920 were somehow transported to now, after the initial shock, there would be some things that he (or she) would never be good at, (like playing video games).

    • You would be surprised at how similar people were in 1920 to what they are today. The changes since then have been superficial. If anything they would be appalled at how much our body has bloated and our mind has shrivelled.

Is it Imp'Or'Tent they were supported to evolve
