Buying medium coffee from Tim hortons or brewing using k cups + sugar+ Whitener....which is money saving ?

Ground is usually cheaper. K Cups are bought for convenience because drinker is lazy.

I don't know. How much are you paying for each of these things where you shop? I don't think Tim Horton's costs exactly the same in every location, and the price of k-cups varies as does the price of the whitener. As well, you are comparing the cost of different things. Tim's puts actual milk or cream in the coffee, not whitener.

I'd imagine it's about the same $1-2 each. Both contribute the same amount of plastic waste to the world but going to the shop everyday will use much more gas.
