Why do the vanilla Frostys at my local Wendy's always taste like marshmallow instead of vanilla?

    Because they use artificial flavoring. 

    Also the cold product that the Frosty is the flavors are muted so you get even less flavor.

    Well, marshmallows are flavoured with vanilla. That might be why.
