What kind of clay do you reccomend for a project? It should dry quick and not crack.?

That would depend a lot on what kind of "project" you have in mind, as well as the type of clay you have in mind (earthen and/or other air-dry clay, polymer clay, epoxy clay, or plasticine-type clay although that one will never harden--or dry).

You'd need to add much more info to get a decent answer.  Although I'll say that air-dry clays won't usually crack during drying if they're dried slowly enough.

Monster Clay is a plasticine-type clay, and that type of clay is oil-based.  So Monster Clay will never harden, and also contains no water so it can't technically lose that water by evaporation in order to "dry."
