What should I eat?
I want a lightweight, healthy snack that requires little to no cooking and is easy and fast to prepare, but I can't come up with anything. I was thinking of making instant ramen, but I'm trying to lose weight so that will probably not work and I'm also very dizzy.

How about a salad wrap? You could use a large lettuce leaf to substitute to tortilla / flat bread, and maybe have a low calorie mayo / ranch dip.

Eat an apple with an ounce or two of cheddar cheese.
You could add a couple of whole wheat crackers, like Triscuits.
Crackers and a piece of fruit with 3 ounces of canned tuna (in water) would also be healthy

A cup of yogurt. Ramen is one of the worst things you can eat - ridiculous amount of sodium.

What you can get depends on WTF you have in your kitchen. Looking in my kitchen....
lightweight, healthy snack -- Celery stalk with peanut butter in the middle.
Handful of peanuts. Handful of raisins. Or both.
Fried egg sandwich
Toast sandwich with melted cheddar cheese
Salsa and corn chips
Easy for me -- bake microwave a potato (about 10 minutes,) onion chop fine, sauté in butter, sour cream, a little cheese, salt, pepper.
