Ride with a different car pool group and don't drive through any tunnels.

It's carpal tunnel syndrome; not carpool tunnel.

Take 100 mg of B-6 everyday and you'll be cured in several months. No operation required. I had it and now don't. Do not exceed more than 200 mg of B-6 a day it could damage your central nervous system. 100 mg will do it. It will also relieve the pain and numbness.

There is an operation that fixes it but you should also stop doing whatever repetitive activity you were doing that caused it. Things that cause it are working as a cashier, working on an assembly line where you do repetitive motions.

Carpal.  You can have an injection or surgery.  You can wear a support also but go along to your GP and ask for options.

Try closing your eyes when going through the tunnel, unless youre driving, in which case, stick your head out of the window and scream!

First of all it’s carpel tunnel. Second of all the best thing you could do is buy a Wrist brace, where for a specific amount of time so your wrist doesn’t move, It should heal. Also consider using ice and hot packs. Hope this helps

no idea what that means. If you don't like to carpool, then don't. If you are afraid of tunnels, take another route.
